Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychological treatment that has been used effectively for over 30 years.
Biofeedback is a type of therapy that uses highly sensitive sensors attached to your body (usually neck, finger or ear) to measure key body functions and send signals back to a monitor. Biofeedback is intended to help you learn more about how your body works and built on the concept “mind over matter.” This information may help you to develop better control over certain body functions and address health concerns with proper techniques.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique in which a trained clinician guides you to a heightened focus and concentration while the body remains in a very relaxed state. It is not sleeping and it’s important to know that, although you’re more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don’t lose control over your behaviour.
When under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed and your subconscious mind is more open to suggestions.

We offer assessments for children and adolescents in a range of developmental areas through to dementia screening in later life. An initial consult will assist your clinician to identify and discuss which test is best suited to you individually.
